Important Considerations for Accessing the VI Young Americas Forum*

To access: 

1. People attending the VI Young Americas Forum must go through the temperature control and check-in at the entrance.
2. Bring your registration confirmation by YABT (photo or printed format).
3. Bring your COVID-19 vaccination card (photo, printed, or QR format).
4. Access with backpacks, suitcases, and laptops is not allowed. Per person only one bag of measurements approx. 20 cm x 20 cm.
5. Electronics: Cell phones and iPads for personal use are allowed. Professional chambers are not allowed.
6. It is mandatory to wear a mask when in public, properly covering the nose and mouth, regardless of your vaccination status.

Inside the Magic Box facilities:

7. Cover your nose and mouth when coughing and sneezing: If you have a mask on you may cough or sneeze on your mask. Put on a new, clean mask as soon as possible and wash your hands.
8. Wash your hands frequently.
9. Take precautions when traveling: Follow CDC recommendations for domestic and international travel.
10. In case of feeling symptoms of COVID-19 inside the venue, immediately notify a member of the YABT Staff.
11. Within the area of the venue of the VI Young Americas Forum you will find a number of varied restaurants to your preference.
